As I did last week I just want to share with you all the interesting things I learned this week
Noodletools:
As I am not really into computers, moreover Web searching is frustrating at times when I don´t know where to search.
It was really interesting to look at all the engines presented in www.noodletools.com; In this site you can find so many tools that are available for us, it provides support for teachers and students throughout the entire research process.
The only thing that you have to do is to choose an appropriate searching engine for any kind of information you need.
"How to Write Clear Objectives?”
ABCD method is relatively new for me I have never heard about it, but when I read all the information I was very pleased.!!
But what is it? Here you have very important information about it.
The ABCD method helps you to set the objectives in a very easy and clear way for all your classes. In this system, "A" is for audience, "B" is for behavior, "C" for conditions and "D" for degree of mastery needed.
A:Audience- Who are your learners?
B:Behavior- What do you expect learners to be able to do?
C:Condition What will the student be given or already be expected to know to accomplish the learning?
D:DEGREE– How much will be accomplished, how well will the behavior need to be performed, and to what level? Do you want total mastery (100%), do you want them to respond correctly 80% of the time, etc. A common (and totally non-scientific) setting is 80% of the time.
Here is my ABCD for the next class: After studying "How often + expressions of frequency", students will be able to do a survey about the routines of people in the class.
A: Students
B: Complete the survey in groups.
C: Use How often + expressions of frequency
D: With 70% correctness in grammar structure and pronunciation.
